Mount Sinai in New York City serves as the coordinating center of the New York State Children’s Environmental Health Centers (NYSCHECK), with partner centers located in Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, Westchester, and Long Island. NYSCHECK is the first statewide, publicly funded model for children’s environmental health clinical services in the United States.
Each year, Children’s Environmental Health (CEH) Day is recognized on the second Thursday of Children’s Health Month to highlight the vital connection between healthy environments and healthy children. We are pleased to invite you to save the dates for this year’s CEH Day celebration, where we will recognize youth leaders and honor champions of children’s environmental health.
